This report documents the guidelines and methodology used in the 2022 Catalyst Leadership Circle Fellowship project, Supporting Storm Water Management Initiatives for Community Resilience in East Lansing, Michigan. It includes background information on impervious-surface mapping, as well as defines the technical language of classification and segmentation.
