This free guide, also available at extension.msu.edu/solarzoning, is designed to help communities address solar-energy-system (SES) siting within their planning policies and zoning regulations. The guide was developed by experts within Michigan State University Extension and Michigan State University’s School of Planning, Design and Construction in partnership with the University of Michigan Graham Sustainability Institute, with input from a range of content experts.
