Foundations of Sustainable Food Systems

This course teaches about food systems through interdisciplinary, experiential and peer-based learning. In addition to applying systems thinking (meeting jointly with NUTR555, NRE501, and UP408) students in the UP408 section will focus on the unique perspectives urban and regional planners bring to understanding and addressing food systems problems.
