Catalyst Leadership Circle Fellow Kelly Humes updated the IIJA Federal Funding Tracker Spreadsheet developed by Graham. The tracker serves to display, organize and sort federal funding opportunities released by The White House. Humes’s updates were designed to make the tracker more applicable to local communities looking to hit sustainability goals. The tracker is filterable and sortable by the Michigan Green Communities Challenge categories, and it includes the addition of broadband funding opportunities open to a variety of local governments around Michigan with various sustainability goals. Additionally, Humes created a tracking tool specifically for Detroit.

This Google Sheet displays, organizes, and sorts federal funding opportunities relevant to Michigan and sustainability, released in The White House 'Guidebook to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law for State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Governments, and Other Partners.' The tracker has tabs presorted for local governments and tribes (using Michigan Green Communities Challenge categories) and research institutions (using the Guidebook's categories), but is also filterable by the user.
