I'm currently a senior at the University of Michigan, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with minors in Sustainability and Oceanography. My main career interests lie in aquatic ecosystems and their conservation. Academically, I focus on the science of environmental systems—particularly geobiology, geochemistry, and marine science.
I've conducted fieldwork in coastal environments, supported watershed research and community outreach, and assisted with university research projects and educational tools related to earth sciences. These experiences have deepened my interest in using aquatic science to understand and protect these sensitive environments.
As a Program Assistant, I support the development of a network of agricultural professionals focused on implementing best management practices to improve the health of Lake Erie. My role includes assisting with the creation of outreach materials, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the community receives the support it needs.
