This report is the second volume in a series on Accelerating Climate Action in Colombia through urban laws and policies. It adapts Colombia’s national framework to the municipal level by analyzing Bucaramanga, Columbia’s laws in the broader context of the national climate change legislative framework of Colombia. The research team searched Bucaramanga’s online database to locate laws for the analysis. The team then read the laws and interpreted them using the guiding questions of the UN Law and Climate Change Toolkit.
