This report is the first volume in a series on Accelerating Climate Action in Colombia through urban laws and policies. It analyzes over 100 laws, policies, and decrees using the UN Law and Climate Change Toolkit. The analysis is intended to establish an in-depth understanding of Columbian legislation and formulate an overall understanding of urban planning, environmental, and climate change laws and policies in Columbia. The report includes specialized recommendations, as well as a synthesis of findings and recommendations in graphic form.
