How to apply

Applicants should submit materials using the online application form and provide all elements described in the FY24 Fall Catalyst Grant Request for Proposals (RFP).​

1) Use the "Apply​" ​​button above to start a new application and submit a letter of intent (LOI). You will receive an email confirming successful submission of the LOI and providing a unique URL that you should save to access your application in the future; if you do not receive this email, your application was not submitted properly and you should resubmit or contact us directly at [email protected].

​2) ​To submit a proposal, access the application using the unique URL. From that webpage, you will be able to upload and submit the proposal. Please note that in order to submit the proposal, the login credentials must be the same as those used to submit the LOI.

Application deadlines

An LOI is a required proposal element and must be submitted by September 22, 2023.

​Proposals must be submitted by October 18, 2023.
