Kenneth M. Alfano is a biomedical engineer with expertise design of biochemical analysis systems, and regularly teaches both engineering design and technical communication in the UM College of Engineering. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) and is also educated in economics and in law. He's provided lectures on sustainable engineering design to various design-based courses, in addition to incorporating such content in his introductory engineering course (ENGR 100).
