Lydia graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a B.S. in Program in the Environment. During her time at U-M, she researched carbon emissions reductions strategies and assessed the supply chain of meat products in the United States. Lydia previously interned with Xanterra Parks and Resorts where she worked to move the Mount Rushmore facility closer to Xanterra's sustainability goals. She now works with the President's Commission on Carbon Neutrality as a project coordinator at Graham. In this role, she aids the commission and teams in moving U-M towards a carbon-free future.
Lydia was born and raised in the great state of Michigan and is a lover of the Great Lakes. When not at work, Lydia can be found running, rock climbing, or enjoying the outdoors.
