James P. Holloway currently enjoys the mathematical and numerical analysis of physical models, and is especially interested in nonlinear or chaotic phenomena. At present, he is focused on the computational physics and mathematical modeling of collisionless plasmas, on tomographic plasma diagnostics in plasma processing tools, on the problem of neutron transport in highly heterogeneous nuclear reactor cores, and on adaptive angular mesh methods for neutral particle radiation shielding.
