My goals pertain to the intersection of business and environmental sustainability. I believe that the business world can, and should, be a driver of change when it comes to social and environmental responsibility. I am a member of Michigan's undergraduate chapter of Net Impact, where I am also a member of the FoodLab Project Team. I spent the summer of 2017 doing grassroots environmental and community work as an intern for Voices for Earth Justice in Detroit. These experiences sparked my passion for work pertaining to food accessibility and water/natural resource systems. I hope to apply what I learn as a Graham Scholar to help change the way we think about sustainability in business, and work for a more equitable, environmentally-concious future for us all.
