Barry Rabe is Professor of Public Policy in the Ford School and a Professor of Environmental Policy in the School of Natural Resources and Environment. His research examines intergovernmental relations in a number of areas of environmental and energy policy both in the United States and Canada. His key focal areas are climate change policy formation in multi-level governance systems (United States, Canada, European Union); environmental regulatory federalism in Canada and the United States; renewable energy and renewable portfolio standard implementation.
