Arynne is a senior in the College of LSA majoring in Microbiology with a minor in Food and the Environment. She is especially interested in sustainable food systems, and is currently conducting research on undergraduate compost behavior. She serves as the Culture Manager for the U-M Sustainable Food Program, and Finance & Operations Coordinator for the Student Sustainability Coalition. She also works as a student manager in South Quad dining hall, where she rigorously encourages sustainable practices among students and staff. Her career ambition is to use her passion for creating sustainable food infrastucture to change the way the world thinks about food systems.
