The Graham Sustainability Institute is seeking high performing student applicants for a variety of field-based undergraduate sustainability courses it is supporting in 2012.

These challenging field courses include multi-week site visits to places ranging from Detroit and Wyoming to China, Costa Rica, and Kenya.

Students accepted into the 11-credit Undergraduate Sustainability Scholars Program receive priority access and funding for these interdisciplinary field courses. However, all undergraduate students interested in learning about environmental, social, and economic sustainability in different regions of the world are encouraged to apply.

The majority of the classes are being held Winter Term 2012, with site visits in May 2012. Applications for these courses are due as early as December 5 and December 15, 2011.
