EDF Social Science Collaboration

Environmental Defense Fund is making significant strides to pioneer the application of social sciences to environmental programs and initiatives. These approaches can help EDF understand how people think about natural resources and how beliefs motivate people to act in ways that benefit the environment.

Since 2013, the Graham Institute has helped connect EDF to U-M researchers to collaborate on valuable research efforts that inform effective science-based programs and initiatives.
