The seminar will include an in-depth consideration of the law and policy concerning global climate change. Other topics that may be addressed include the controversy surrounding mountaintop mining removal, how environmental law can address natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina, and selected cross-cutting issues in environmental regulation and enforcement.
